VoxDAO Proposal Process(VPP)

The VPP regulates how and in what way the VP (VoxDAO proposal) is prepared and presented for voting to the Voxel X Network community.

Proposal Categories There are four categories (Core, Process, Brand and Critical):

Core: Refer to proposals that aim to define or change the way in which funds are spent. This category includes investments in other currencies, acquisition of NFTs, reward systems, hiring of personnel and attribution of fixed remuneration.

Process: Refer to proposals that aim to change to a process or implementation. Examples include procedures, guidelines, changes to the decision-making process and changes to the tools or environment of the VoxDAO, for all Voxel X Network Ecosystem.

Brand: Proposals for anything the Voxel X Network attaches its name to, including projects and collaborations/partnerships.

Critical: Emergency proposals, if the safety or proper functioning of VoxDAO is at stake. This category will only be used to combat major or critical problems, such as potential exploits, fraud, illegal activities or other critical problems that may irreversibly affect the Voxel x Network ecosystem.

Proposal Priorities There are three priority levels (low, medium and high). The priority of the proposal is not related to its importance but to its speed of delivery

Low - For these proposals there is no need for a quick resolution. Low VP normally takes 30 days to be voted on. Medium - For these proposals a quick resolution is important. Medium VP normally takes 15 days to be voted on. High - A quick resolution is critical for these VPs. High VP normally takes 7 days to be voted on.

NOTE: There may be some proposals that, due to their complexity, have to be subject to an independent review, which will make it impossible to meet the deadlines mentioned.
