# Voxel X Network DAO

A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) is a type of organization controlled entirely by computational algorithms. These algorithms are known as smart contracts and they determine how the parties involved in the DAO should cooperate.

These smart contracts can be either simple or complex, but they will remain transparent and immutable at the moment they are published on the blockchain. This will allow everyone to review its operation and the rules that have been programmed inside it, making sure that they cannot be modified in the future.

Once the DAO smart contract is launched on the blockchain, the contract can only be changed with coordinated votes between the holders ($VXL and VoxCitizens NFT).

Decisions in a DAO are governed by proposals and voting mechanisms to ensure that everyone within the organization has voice in the governance process. This process allows participants to vote on crucial decisions about how to manage DAO resources, fostering a sense of community among participants to achieve a collective goal. That's why DAOs represent a powerful technological innovation and are a fundamental step in decentralized governance.\
\
Introducing you to Voxel X Network DAO system 'VoxDAO'\
\
With the team spread thin across multiple platform developments, we have decided to provide the scope of VoxDao development in Quarter 1 2023, begin development in Quarter 2 2023, and release in Quarter 3 2023.

The VoxDAO will enable Voxel X Network community members to make decisions for the entire Voxel X Network ecosystem, including ecosystem fund allocations, governance rules, projects, partnerships, and other decisions (SuperKluster, VoxDex, VoxNodes, VoxelXverse, or the DAO itself).

More information will be provided as it becomes available.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://voxelxnetwork2.gitbook.io/voxel-x-network-whitepaper-version-2.0/voxel-x-network-dao.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
